Linda Galipeau is CEO of Randstad North America and executive board member for Randstad Holding responsible for the United States, Canada and Mexico. Prior to assuming her current role in 2012, Galipeau served as president of Randstad US's staffing division for four years. She founded Randstad's Canadian operation in 1997, growing it organically into one of the country's leading commercial staffing firms over the next 10 years. In 2013, Galipeau was recognized as the best leader in the large employer category by Atlanta Journal Constitution's Top 100 Workplaces awards.

As chief financial officer of Randstad North America, Denise Dettingmeijer is responsible for the business control (FP&A), business services, accounting, treasury, risk, internal audit, benefits, tax and legal functions within the company. Denise provides business advisory, strategic planning, operations and financial management services to Randstad’s integrated staffing solutions. In her role as CFO, Denise aligns and enhances business performance by delivering insight to further company growth in the market. She also looks to redefine the financial planning and analysis process to become even more strategic and commercially focused.
Jim Link oversees Randstad’s human capital strategy and manages the company’s human resources initiatives for 125,000 employees. Over the past year, Jim has enhanced recruiter efficiency, tripled the number of leadership programs and significantly grown employee participation in professional development programs. Most recently, he was named HR Executive of the Year in the 2013 American Business Awards. Additionally, Jim serves on the Board for the SHRM Foundation Major Gifts Council. He serves as one of Randstad’s primary media spokespersons and is frequently covered by major media outlets such as the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Forbes, NPR and FOX Business, among others.
As chief digital officer, Alan is responsible for leveraging digital tools, big data and artificial intelligence to create industry leading solutions. He is also instrumental in integrating the company’s marketing strategies with its sales and delivery approach. Alan has a strong focus on digitizing processes and improving interactions with clients, talent and employees to help them be successful in their interactions with the company. He looks to new products, social technology and analytics to move the company forward, and he plays an integral role in conceptualizing and implementing Randstad’s global infrastructure. Alan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Emory University.
Jay Ferguson oversees all legal affairs of Randstad's US and Canadian operations. His primary objectives are to serve as a proactive partner to the business and to further the company's strategic mission by anticipating, evaluating and resolving legal and business issues. He is responsible for identifying risks and potential liabilities and developing innovative and pragmatic solutions to protect and preserve Randstad's legal, ethical and financial integrity and corporate reputation. Ferguson was recently honored with the best General Counsel award within the “large company” category in the 2014 Corporate Counsel Awards, sponsored by Atlanta Business Chronicle and the Association of Corporate Counsel, Georgia chapter. This award highlights the outstanding work of in-house counsel who serve in public, private and nonprofit organizations and emphasizes their value to their organizations’ bottom lines. Prior to joining Randstad in 2009, Ferguson was a partner with the international law firm Duane Morris LLP.
Kristin Kelley leads the strategic marketing and communications initiatives to shape Randstad’s brand in the states for both the Professionals and Staffing portfolios of business. Under her leadership and direction, Randstad launched its Inspiring Experts campaign, aimed to help bridge the skills gap and educate and inspire students and professionals towards careers in industries with low unemployment rates. In addition, under her direction, Randstad launched an industry-leading thought leadership platform called Workforce360 that highlights industry trends and research shaping the world of work. A firm believer in CSR, Kristin volunteers with the International Rett Syndrome Foundation and is a member of the March of Dimes Humanitarian Gala Committee. Additionally, Kristin is a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Workforce Development Committee and Women’s Chamber, as well as an advisor on CareerBuilder’s Empowering Employment Steering Committee.
Traci is responsible for the strategic direction and business operations of multiple Randstad US businesses, including Randstad Professionals, Life Sciences, Tatum, General Staffing and Strategic Accounts. Her responsibility includes oversight of all company-owned branch offices in addition to Randstad InHouse Services. With nearly two decades of industry experience, Traci is recognized for conceptualizing many key sales and operational innovations within Randstad and successfully leading teams to turn those innovations into successful businesses. Traci has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts "Global Power 100 Women in Staffing List," the "Global 100 Staffing List" and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
As president of Randstad Technologies and Engineering, Graig Paglieri is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Randstad Technologies and Engineering brands. In addition, Graig leads Randstad’s central delivery team, whose charge is to develop disruptive and industry-leading delivery capabilities and technology-enabled business models. Previous to his current role, Graig served as Randstad’s chief innovation officer and was committed to driving continuous transformation into an increasingly digital and technology-driven organization. While his start in the staffing industry was over a decade ago, Graig’s first career was with the U.S. Marine Corps, which provided him with the unique ability to develop leadership capabilities and enhance decision-making skills and dexterity — all of which he applies today. Graig holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
In this core leadership role, Rebecca brings more than 20 years’ experience in all facets of talent acquisition solutions and technology. With deep insights and progressive perspectives, Rebecca steers Randstad Sourceright’s global development to ensure HR and talent leaders can play a strategic role in driving growth locally, across regions and globally. Rebecca is a highly regarded leader in the talent management field and was most recently recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in "The Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing" list.
Greg leads Randstad's in-house services concept and enterprise strategic accounts team, where he is responsible for strategic commercial sales, client delivery and account management for many of Randstad's largest, most complex clients. Greg oversees a team of strategic account directors and in-house leaders and has a proven track record of establishing solid go-to-market strategies, setting and communicating clear vision and goals, and executing and delivering outstanding results in terms of growth and profitability. Under Greg's leadership, Randstad has significantly improved its strategic client delivery and fulfillment in many client staffing programs. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA in management from Brenau University.
With more than 17 years in the staffing industry, Jodi serves as president of the Randstad Professionals business line. In this role, Jodi oversees the field organization and provides direction for Randstad’s finance and accounting, human resources, sales and marketing, and legal staffing capabilities. Throughout her career, Jodi's entrepreneurial drive and strong business acumen have led to increased revenues, gross profit growth and improved ROI. Along with a proven track record of building high performing teams, she brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning and execution, mergers and acquisitions, brand strategy, social media and multi-generational leadership. Jodi has become a sought after expert, featured in several regional and national publications including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and The New York Times. In 2009, Jodi published a children’s book about diversity titled “What Color Is Your Rainbow?”. Jodi holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Eastern Washington University.
Andrew is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the technology solutions and national strategic organizations within Randstad Technologies. As an industry veteran with two decades of experience, he embraces innovation and solution-oriented planning. Andrew has successfully lead a number of ambitious transformations, has been honored with multiple distinguished service awards and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Andrew graduated from Sonoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
